This project was developed for the largest chemical manufacturer in Pakistan. The dashboard provides real-time analytics of sales performance at the macro and micro levels, allowing analysis of national, regional, territorial, and individual performance by various criteria. Dealer sales performance is also tracked at multiple levels, and the performance of the customer's sales team is measured against KPIs built into the system. The dashboard can identify areas that do not meet targets, and flag performance gaps with details on why targets were not met. Users are assigned roles to determine their access to information, and the administrator can modify roles as needed.
